How fast do I actually get it?

The PDF is emailed as soon as your book is generated. There is no postage step at all, so nothing depends on a courier or a cut-off.

What do I need to print it myself?

Any A4 printer and standard or slightly heavy paper. Your download includes a printing guide covering paper, double-sided settings, folding and stapling.

If I am in a hurry, what happens to my photos afterwards?

They are deleted as soon as your PDF is delivered. Being quick at the front end changes nothing about that.
