- How does the digital download work?
- You upload your photos, personalise the book, pay, and a print-ready PDF lands in your inbox within minutes. Print at home, take it to your local copy shop, or open it on a tablet and colour digitally. The download link in the email is valid for 30 days, so save the file somewhere safe. Once you’ve saved it, it’s yours forever, no account required.
- Where do you print and ship from?
- Printed books are produced through our global print network and posted from the country closest to you. Most AU orders arrive in 7 to 10 working days. US, UK and Canadian orders typically ship in 10 to 14 days, locally printed where possible.
- What if I upload 8 photos? Which size do I pay for?
- You’d pick The Story (up to 12 photos). The Moment is sized for up to 7 photos, so anything above that lands on the next size up. You only pay one flat price for The Story, whether you fill it with 8, 9, 10 or all 12 photos.
- Why three sizes?
- The book grows with you. More photos means more pages, which means more paper, more print time and a bigger keepsake. We keep it to three sizes so it’s easy to choose: The Moment for a small first book, The Story for the everyday album, The Heirloom for the milestone year.
- How many pages does my book have?
- Each photo becomes a spread: the original photo on one page, its colouring version on the next. The Moment is a 12-page book (up to 7 photos). The Story is a 24-page book (up to 12 photos). The Heirloom is a 36-page book (up to 18 photos). Saddle stitched books are folded sheets, so page counts always round up to the nearest multiple of 4.
- What happens to my photos after the book is made?
- Within 30 days, everything you uploaded and everything we generated is deleted from our servers. That includes your original photo uploads, your finished book PDF, and any working files we made along the way. No account, no library, no quiet long-term storage. We never train AI on your photos, never sell them, never share them. A clean, simple promise we keep on every order.
- What if I lose my book PDF after 30 days?
- That’s why we encourage you to save it somewhere safe as soon as it arrives, like your cloud drive or photo library. Within the first 30 days, the email link still works, so re-downloads are easy. After 30 days, we’ve deleted our copy in line with our privacy promise, and we won’t be able to send it again. The only copy is the one you saved.
- What if I’m not happy with my book?
- We back every order with a 30-day promise. If your book doesn’t feel right, tell us within 30 days and we’ll regenerate it, reprint it, or refund it. Whichever brings the smile back.
