Building a book out of your years

1

Go chronological

Ordering the photos oldest to newest turns the book into a timeline. It is a small thing that changes how it reads entirely.

2

Dig out the early ones

Photos from before phones, scanned prints and old digital cameras, carry more weight than anything recent, even at lower quality.

3

Colour it together

Unlike most gifts, this one is an evening rather than an object. That tends to be the part people remember.

A photo on the left page and the same moment as a colouring page on the right.

Every spread pairs the original photo with its colouring page, so the memory and the drawing sit side by side.

How it works

  1. Pick your photos. Six to eighteen, straight from your phone.
  2. Choose a cover and title. The cover stays in full colour.
  3. Pick the detail level. Simple and bold for little hands, or intricate for older colourists.
  4. We print and post it. Or email you a print-ready PDF, if you would rather print it yourself.

Digital from $9. Printed, saddle stitched and posted across Australia from $39. See full pricing

Questions

Can I use scanned old photographs?

Yes. Clear scans work well. Even a decent phone photo of a print usually works. You will see a preview first.

Is this suitable for adults?

Yes. Choose the most detailed line-art level, which is drawn for adult colourists rather than children.

Can I trust you with old family photographs?

They are used to make the book and deleted on delivery. They are never sold, shared, or held back.

Give an evening, not an object

Six photos is enough to begin. You will see it before you buy it.
