Shipping & delivery

The short version

We print every book to order in Australia and post it within Australia. Most Australian orders reach you in about 6 to 8 working days from when your order is ready to make. Digital books are delivered by email, with no postage.

Production time (printed books)

Every Memoricol book is made for you, so it doesn’t sit in a warehouse. Once your order is ready to make (payment and photos both in), here’s the rough timeline:

• 1 working day: we send your file to our Australian print partner.
• 3–4 working days: printing, binding and quality-checking.
• 2–3 working days: Australia Post delivery to most metro AU addresses.

That’s a total of 6–8 working days for most Australian orders. Regional and remote addresses can take a few extra days.

Australian shipping

• Standard: Australia Post tracked, a flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
• Free delivery on 3 or more books: order three or more books together and standard delivery is free. For family, class or bulk orders of three or more, email hello@memoricol.com.au and we’ll set it up for you.

Digital books have no delivery cost: your print-ready PDF arrives by email.

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet. For now, printed Memoricol books are posted within Australia only. If you’re outside Australia, you can still order the digital edition and we’ll email you the print-ready PDF to print at home or at a local print shop.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your book ships. If you don’t see it within the production window above, check your spam folder, then email us.

Failed delivery and lost parcels

If your tracking shows the book as delivered but you don’t have it, please:

1. Check with the recipient if it’s a gift order.
2. Check anywhere your courier might typically leave parcels (porch, mailroom, neighbour).
3. Email us with the tracking number and we’ll open an investigation with Australia Post.

If a book is genuinely lost in transit and Australia Post confirms it, we’ll remake and reship it at no charge. Because your photos are deleted once a book ships, we’ll send you a quick link to re-upload the same photos so we can remake it. Reprints typically ship within 5 working days of confirmation.

Wrong delivery address

Double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake before we send for print, email us straight away. We can update the address right up until we send to the printer. If a book is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend at the cost of a new shipping label.

Gifting

You can deliver a Memoricol book straight to the recipient: just enter their address at checkout. Your order confirmation email and any tracking will still come to you; the recipient gets a beautifully-wrapped book with no pricing or invoicing inside the parcel.
